Your participation is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws.   By participating in this site and using its resources, you are entering into a binding and enforceable legal agreement with the TeamStart as set forth below. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.As used in this agreement, the terms "You" and "Users" and "Registrant" mean you and the company or entity which you represent.
 

REGISTRATION

Some parts of this website require registration and some users may be required to register more than once depending on what parts are accessed. This may be inconvenient to the user but is designed to ensure we can separate user classes and ensure we can comply with applicable privacy llegislation. TeamStart shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular registrant.

REMOVAL FROM WEBSITE

Teamstart reserves the right to terminate the participation of any user for violating any part of any agreement covering use of its resources, acceptable standards of behaviour, and for any reason it deems necessary to maintain its integrity and status as a Canadian business champion and resource. Termination can be immediate and without notice. All decisions made by TeamStart will be final and neither the Site nor its co venturers shall have any liability with respect to such decisions.

The user acknowledges TeamStart reserves the right to change the terms and condition of use at any time and agrees to periodically review this agreement to ensure they are willing to continue to be bound by its terms and conditions. The user expressly agrees continued use of the TeamStart website indicates agreement to be bound by all current terms and conditions of use.
